We've been going to Penn State games for many years, and have enjoyed them all.  Here are some of the tips we'd offer if you are planning on heading to Happy Valley for a Penn State football game.

• Have your Tickets in Advance!
• Buy a parking pass in advance! There is plenty of parking, but some of the lots are far from the stadium, and it much less stressful to have this sorted out in advance.
• Get There 4-6 Hours early to Tailgate!
• Don't forget the "White Out" Tradition and Wear White!
• Dress for the Weather! It can be very warm early in the season, but late in the season, bruttaly windy and cold.  The contrast from day time tailgating to night time game can be large.
• Bring a tailgate chair!  You'll want to sit a while during tailgating.
• Have someone with a tailgate TV - you'll want updates to scores.
• Have you favorite beverage.
• Be ready to cheer - loud!
